Penfolds Bin 389 Cabernet-Shiraz is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, first made in 1960 by Max Schubert. This wine is often referred to as "Baby Grange" because components of it are matured in the same barrels that held the previous vintage of Grange. It combines the structure of cabernet sauvignon with the richness of shiraz.
