The color on the Ronchi di Cialla Pignolo has an arrestingly dark ruby red with violet reflections. The nose is Warm and vinous, like walking into a cabin after a snowy hike in the woods. Ripe red fruits prevail with pleasantly spicy and balsamic notes. The mouth-feel is full and voluminous with soft tannins and a balanced acidity; with a very long finish.
