These folks are almost neighbors of the afore-mentioned Corzano e Paterno. They craft a wide range of Tuscan wines here, but this simple little Chianti is, in many ways, the standout. It’s about as light and fresh as a red wine can be - with the telltale sour cherry flavor of Sangiovese - designed to be served lightly chilled - and probably drunk outside in close proximity to a grill.
