The Atzei Saragat Monica di Sardegna DOC is a red wine from Sardinia made from the Monica grape variety. Wonderfully aromatic Monica with candied florals and pomegranate seeds. The palate has marasca cherry, Rooibos tea, and a note of New Delhi spice market from six months aging in neutral oak. Soft, well balanced, and very food versatile.
