The Benoit Daridan Cheverny Rouge is elegant, fruity red wine is made from 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Gamay. After the vinification process, the grape juices are aged separately for 3 months in oak barrels (20% of volume production) before being assembled. This red wine features strong aromas of red berries and currants and underline the finesse of Pinot Noir.
