Eye: Brilliant golden amber. Nose: Very characteristic for Grande Champagne distilled on the lees: honey, gingerbread, hazelnut and a touch of vanilla. Aromatic with complex fruity notes and a floral bouquet of garden flowers. Palate: Very harmonious with rich flavours of vanilla melting into tannins. The finish is sweet, satisfying and long with lingering spice.
