Made in the Super Tuscan tradition, NC (short for the latin phrase ‘non confuditur,’ meaning, unique) is a versatile blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Sangiovese. Organic. Aged for just a few months in second and third-use barriques. Fresh fruit flavors, good acidity, and a balanced structure. Very pleasant fruity notes with a spicy finish. Very broad in the mouth, soft and enveloping, with a pleasant freshness and silky tannins.
